ABOUT LIFT WITH PURPOSE

Lift With Purpose was born out of a passion for health and wellness after challenges and autoimmune issues. Through that journey, I discovered the power of holistic healing and what it means to reclaim your health, energy, and mobility. My goal became more than simply getting healthy again—it became about living life to its fullest potential and experiencing true wellness in every area of life. In a world filled with uncertainty, anxiety, stress, health struggles, and a lack of spiritual connection, life can often feel overwhelming. But the heart behind Lift With Purpose is the belief that there is a better way. A stronger way. A more functional, healthy, and faith-filled way to live.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION 

Each session includes strength and functional fitness training designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall health. Workouts last 50–55 minutes, followed by stretching.

Your coach will guide you through every movement, ensuring proper form and helping you choose the right weight for a safe and effective workout. Programs are tailored to your goals and weekly training split, with modifications available for all fitness levels, injuries, and physical limitations.

WHAT IS THE GYM ENVIORMENT LIKE

Lift With Purpose is located inside a private training facility dedicated exclusively to personal training. Every member works with a coach who provides personalized guidance, accountability, and encouragement. We understand that life can be challenging, so our goal is to create a positive environment and be one of the best parts of your day.

There are no crowds and no waiting for equipment—just focused training in a supportive atmosphere.

WHAT ALL DOES HAVING A COACH INCLUDE

Our coaches work closely with you to create a personalized fitness experience that keeps you accountable and committed to your goals. In addition to expert workout programming, you'll receive nutritional guidance, with an option of thermal body scans to track progress, and ongoing support to help build sustainable habits for long-term success.

Your coach will develop a training approach tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle, while ensuring you have everything you need for a great experience—including complimentary towels and beverages at every visit.
